“audio wave” animation active when there is no media playing

This seems to happen with audio from a web browser, YouTube or any other site.

After opening the Apple Music app (where the animation behaves normally), the browser audio source no longer shows as “playing” when it isn’t. However, it sometimes starts showing back as “playing”, even though it’s paused, for example after seeking while paused.
