Coding Agents Usage Refresh Feature

I typically use codex subscription with external harneses like openclaw/hermes. While using it through these 3rd-party harness, seam does not reflect that usage. Only when using a codex harness session triggers the update of the values.

A feature where you are able to manually trigger a healthcheck of code to force an update will able to solve this.
