Disable launch sound effects

This is incredibly frustrating, not only during the initial launch, but also after the latest update, version 1.0.6, shows the same “intro” with the accompanying sound effect.

I haven’t seen other “productivity” app with such intrusive, annoying and surprising sound when launching.
