License key not working

Having some weird Seam behaviour. When I tried to update in the app, it said something about not being able to connect to an update process. I re-downloaded the app from the website and upon open, it had not saved my license info.

I’m trying to enter my license, but it says, “Connection failed. Please try again.”

Similarly, in Discord in the #support channel, there’s an “Open a ticket” button. When I click it, it says, “This interaction failed.” I don’t know if these things are related. But either way, it’s not letting me enter my license in the app.
