More consistent behavior on expand/collapse

On multiple monitoprs, when you mouse over to expand, it only expands on the screen the mouse is on. But when you manually select show calendar, show weather, etc, it expands on all monitors. Can you fix it so the manual showing is also only for the monitor the mouse is on?

Can you also add an option to auto expand when mouse over (without click) with a configurable delay? Same with collapsing - it’ll be great if i can also configure that so it’ll collapse as soon as the mouse leaves the area.
