Which Mac you're on, and whether you use Seam on the built-in screen or an external display
Your macOS version
Whether Reduce Motion is on (System Settings, Accessibility, Display)
Which motion feels stilted: hovering to open the notch, the volume or brightness pop-up, or something else

Appreciate the help! I’m on Golden Gate 27.2. But it was the same on the previous version. Built in screen. Reduce motion is not on. Hovering to open and swiping up to close. It just seems like any animation frames are gone or much faster. Used to have a bit more flare to it (I guess is the best way I can describe! haha

Can you record your screen and send it to me? Sorry, I can't really figure out where it could come from yet. But I'm investigating.
